Notary Process for Inmates
The process to obtain a notary requires:
- The family member needs to send the paperwork to the inmate
- The inmate needs to send a Request for Interview to the Litigation Coordinator requesting a notary service
- The inmate must have $10 on his books
- The Litigation Coordinator will obtain a supplemental ID Card for the inmate and obtain the notary signature
- The entire process may take up to 10 days
